Mumbai: Defence Electronics, Data Patterns India, and Electronics Mart India filed draft red herring prospectus with the market regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India on Wednesday.

Data Patterns, a Chennai-based supplier of electronic systems to defence and aerospace sector, is planning to raise Rs 600-700 crore. The IPO could comprise a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale of 60.70 lakh shares by promoter and shareholders. Former Blackstone head Mathew Cyriac’s firm Florintree Capital Partners holds 12.8% in the company.

Hyderabad-based consumer durable retail chain Electronics Mart India intends to raise Rs 500 crore via the IPO. The company intends to utilise the net proceeds to fund its capital expenditure and incremental working capital requirements to the extent of Rs 133.8 crore and Rs 200 crore respectively.

Hyderabad-based Hariom Pipe Industries could raise Rs 100-120 crore via an IPO.
