QUESTION & ANSWER

Question1: It only has 2 songs in the app and didn’t play music from apple music. How to fix it?

The “Ehome light” only support local music files, you need to download music files to you phone.

Please try following if it is an iPhone.

1. Plug iPhone into your laptop or PC via USB, you iPhone will pop up “Trust or not”, please choose “trust”, then open “iTunes” on laptop.

2. Hit “music” from iPhone setting menu. Close your “iCloud music library”

3. Open “iTunes” on laptop, hit “File”, choose “add file to library”,

4. Add your computer music to your iTunes library

5. Hit “phone icon” on the right upper corner, choose “music”, hit “Synchronize” to sync music files to iPhone.

6. Reopen “Ehome light” app, these local music files will be loaded.

ATT: If it is an Android phone, you have thousand ways to download music files.

Question2: Is there an app for the led strips lights ?

Yes, an “Ehome light” app can be downloaded from app store. Many fabulous functions, lots of colors, brightness setting, about 20 dynamic modes may be more. I like music function, download many music songs.

Question3: Is it possible that connect 2 units LED strip lights together?

We don’t recommend you do that. It may out of the power adapter capacity. And the strip light is 50ft long enough for most applications.

Question4: Do they have auto on/off mode. Or can i connect with smart plug to control them?

There’s a timing function on app, you can set an auto on/off mode. It works with smart plug.

Question5: Can’t connect the strip light with my iPhone?

Please open your phone’s GPS and Bluetooth and try it again.

Question6: Are the led strip lights waterproof?
