2) If you fold all 5 sections of the leg, twist the rubber foot 4 times towards unlock direction, then retract the leg and lock it.

How to setup only 3 sections of the leg?
1) Pull out all 5 sections first, and lock it.
2) Unlock and twist the rubber feet twice, fold 2 sections and lock it.
