How to Connect these Color Changing Bulbs

1. Search “Smart Life” or “AvatarControls” in Google Play(for Android) or App store(for Apple IOS) or Scan the QR code on User Manual to download it.
2. Set up your Smart Life or Avatar Controls account, phone number and mailbox register were supported.
3. Add Device>Lighting >Light Source(Wi-Fi)>Inpurt your correct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi account and password>Make sure and Confirm indicator rapidly blink on your smart light bulb>Searching and register bulb to Tuya cloud>Connect successfully.
4. Rename your bulb and enjoy its entertainment.

Tips about Smart Life APP

1. WiFi Band Routers – Only 2.4GHz. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 and 5GHz, please selected the 2.4GHz, completely turn off 5GHz network by going to your router settings (enter the router IP address into your internet browser, usually something like 192.168.1.1), forcing your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz network. You are free to change the network to 5 GHz again after connecting;
2. Weak Internet – Please try to make your smart plug and router as close as possible when first connection, you can change the place after connecting successfully;
3. Connection Status – If the indicator doesn’t flashing when you plug in the smart bulb for first connection, please switch on off on off on and see if it’s start flashing rapidly.

Alexa Connection

1. Login Alexa App, choose Skills, search “Smart Life” or “Avatar Controls” depends on which app you want to use.
2. Select Smart life/ Avatar Controls in the search results, and then click the Enable skill.
3. If your account has been bound, click on Disable Skill and click on Enable to bind a new account.
4. Input your account registered for Smart Life App/Avatar Controls App.

Tips for sync with Alexa

1. Connected your smart bulbs successfully with your Smart Life app or Avatar Controls app was required.
2. The Alexa app linked Smart Life/Avatar Controls account was exactly the same as the Smart Life/Avatar Controls account. It won’t work if your app use phone number but Alexa use email address, it won’t work too on the contrary.
3. Please name the smart bulb without Arabic numerals or special characters, it was suggested better to rename the smart bulb by simple words that easy to understand and remember and discover it.
4. Please ensure your Wi-Fi network was stay on 2.4GHz.
